Packages

How are sessions structured?

  • Every session can either be based around an ongoing topic and/or target or different topics. Its up to you, but previous topics and their actions will be reviewed and discussed before moving on to ensure you are getting the best outcomes from your programme.

  • ​To get the full benefit of a coaching programme, a minimum 3- Month package is recommended.

  • ​For individuals looking for a more long-term benefit from their coaching programme, the 6 Month Package is recommended.

Is coaching or mentoring right for me?

  • Most people believe that only elite leaders need or commit to getting a coach, but that couldn’t be further from the truth.

  • Most people who are already excelling in their chosen field possess a self-awareness that fuels their self-improvement, drive and motivation.

  • This is the real reason these individuals seem to get places others only dream about.

  • A small handful of individuals can do it on their own, but most of us need a bit of help and guidance.

  • A Coach is not someone who will tell you what to do and how to do it, but someone who will help you rationalise your thoughts, find clarity, improve the way you define your purpose, and make achieving your goals as simple as possible.

  • A Mentor is someone you can lean on for advice based on their experience and how they would choose to do things.

  • We find most people benefit from a little bit of both.

Terms and Conditions

  • Packages are required to be paid in full, in advance, prior to commencement of the first paid session.

  • Times are subject to availability. If the time you booked is unavailable, we will work with you to identify a suitable time that works for everyone.

  • If for any reason you feel you don’t wish to continue with your chosen package, the remaining sessions will be refunded.

  • In these circumstances, any sessions that have taken place will be charged at the full 1 Hour rate and the unused balance refunded. The 3 and 6 Month Package discount will not apply to any used portion of a package if the package has not been completed in full.
