Jenn is a change and transformation consultant who has spent over two decades fine-tuning her craft and coaching and mentoring other change practitioners. She has held Head of Change and Change Director roles in organisations undergoing large-scale change transformation, where she excels due to her deep understanding of change delivery, strong leadership capability, and stakeholder engagement skills.
She leads change with an empathetic, human-centric approach designed on the foundations of neuroscience and brain-based change. Her deep understanding of program delivery, governance, change management/change portfolio management and transformation leadership enhances her ability to work with leaders, build relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
Jenn is the lead author, course designer and facilitator for the Change Management Institute’s Change Portfolio Management Foundations & Advanced programs – the first of its kind in the world.

Jenn’s background is in change and transformation consulting fulfilling roles including change director, senior change lead and program/ project manager. She has over 25+ years experience across multiple sectors and a wide variety of large-scale change programs including mergers & acquisitions; divestments; operating model redesign and organisational restructures; large scale digital/omnichannel and IT change; higher education transformation; change mgmt office and project/ program/ portfolio management office establishment; change capability uplift and capacity building programs and delivery of strategic transformation agendas. She also provides change delivery quality assurance and change management and leadership coaching & mentoring, specialising in change portfolio management.
