Jennifer is a transformation partner and leader with a proven track record of driving large-scale change programs and extensive experience running Organisational Development (and Design) initiatives, learning and development programs and change projects to support business growth, strategy and innovation.

 

She is interested in helping solve complex problems through engagement with leaders and teams. She can also facilitate conversations and workshops to get to the crux of the issues. She uses humour and storytelling to engage and promote shared ownership and understanding of the way forward.

Professional Experience

With over 20 years of experience in people programs, Jennifer brings a breadth of achievement in all aspects of transformation programs, people structure and transition, executive leadership, and learning and development. She has worked in Australia and abroad, delivering complex change and leadership realignment programs in industries such as retail/e-commerce, telecommunications, finance and banking, Government, and major events.

Jennifer’s expertise spans end-to-end business transformation, modernisation, outsourcing, offshoring, functional centralisation, digital capability building, and cultural change. With a deep understanding of technology, digital innovation and business processes, she seamlessly integrates strategy with execution—developing dynamic people structures and learning solutions that enhance organisational agility and performance.
